Informer Apps helps organizations turn business challenges into purpose-built solutions grounded in trusted, governed data
RALEIGH, N.C., Sept. 16, 2026 – Entrinsik, today announced the launch of Informer Apps and Informer GO, giving organizations new ways to rapidly build business applications within a governed environment. Informer can honor existing data governance, security and access controls or provide the foundation organizations need to establish them, helping ensure AI-powered solutions are built on trusted data from the start.
Informer Apps marks a shift in what organizations can do with their data: instead of only asking questions of it, they can now build solutions to specific business problems, connecting trusted data, AI and operational workflows into one governed solution. Organizations with governance and access controls already in place can extend those protections to new AI-powered solutions, while those still building that foundation can use Informer to establish the rules and permissions needed for sound, trusted AI.

Organizations across industries are already putting this to work. Early Apps span executive reporting, campus operations, HR, finance and deal management. A Chief of Staff App gives executives an always-current view of key metrics, exceptions and scheduled digests. Campus Companion provides students 24/7 secure, personalized answers about financial aid, course planning and campus resources through the institution’s own branded assistant. A Classroom Utilization App identifies mismatches between room capacity and enrollment to support better space and budget decisions.
Other organizations are using Apps to benchmark employee compensation against internal and industry data, turn benefit enrollment PDFs into reviewable automated summaries, and track acquisitions from document collection through lender packaging, with staff validation at key steps.
Informer GO is a new desktop and mobile companion app for Informer, giving users a single place to build, discover and launch Apps and reports connected to their data. A built-in chat interface delivers real-time answers to questions about the business, so executives get enterprise-wide visibility, managers keep tabs on daily operations, and frontline teams get the tools and answers most relevant to their work.
That impact is already being demonstrated at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, where the Academic Operations and Support Services team is using Informer Apps to improve workflow efficiency.

The project also demonstrates another goal behind Entrinsik’s Apps strategy: enabling the people closest to a business problem to participate directly in solving it.

Informer Apps and Informer GO launch as part of Entrinsik’s broader effort to help organizations build or strengthen a governed data foundation, apply AI to trusted enterprise data, and move from business need to measurable value more quickly.
